Resolved Question: This question is for anyone who has lived in Washington State.?

I'm planning on moving to Washington by the fall of next year. I have done lots of research online from city websites as well as city-data.com. I know about where I would like to live, and am going to take a 2 month long visit in Spring/Summer to many towns in the areas on my list, but internet research can only go so far and between now and when I visit I would like firsthand information from people who have actually lived there. I would like to live somewhere no more then 50 min from Seattle but no closer then 30 min, and yes I would prefer being closer to Seattle then an other of the big cities, but thats not set in stone. I have a couple towns on my list to check out that are more then an hour and a half away I would like to live somewhere where the population is between 11,000 and 18,000 though I have a few places with only 9,000 and some with 20,000 on my list to check out so if its the right town thats not a requirement either. It must have good schools though I love rain and fog so that doesnt bother me. It would be great it the mountains and areas/views around me are really green and pretty though thats not a requirement either its just something that would be a bonus :) Here is a link to a map so you can better get an idea of anywhere in the big area I'm considering. http://images.statemaster.com/images/maps/WA.jpg looking on this map I dont want to live any farther North then Anacortes I dont want to live any farther East then Wenatchee I dont want to live any farther South then Chehalis and anywhere on the coast North of Raymond is fine of course if there are towns on the outside but close to this area that you think I should consider, I would love to hear about them and maybe put them on my list to visit. So I guess what I would like to know is, if you have lived somewhere in this part of the state, what did you think about it? Good and bad things please :) Were there good schools? What did you or didnt you like about them? Are there things to do, that doesn't require to drive all the way to Seattle, like bowling, movies, good parks, ect. Can you tell me what those things are? can you give me info on the weather? How much does it rain? how cold is it in the winter? natural disaters? is there an insane amount of wind like there is here in Colorado? Ect. Can you give me anymore info on the town/area Anything you can tell me would be great. Thank you! I didnt know what section to put this question in so I'm sorry if this is the wrong one....
